Free deep linking directories are hard to find as most deep linking directories are paid, but recently I have found a couple lists that I thought I might share here:
BEST WEB DIRECTORIES List - 110 directories in a nice organized list (new).
VIRTUAL MEDIA OPTIONS List - around 20, but you need to sift through the long list and find the directories with an '*' as they are the only ones accepting free deep links.
